“As a career entrepreneur, I have had a lot of crazy ideas over the years, many of which have resulted in some genuinely successful ventures. My mindset has always been “Tell me I can’t, I will; tell me I won’t, consider it done”; I have always had a knack for making things work, even though they seemed unlikely, or even impossible at the time. Finding a true passion can sometimes feel accidental; if someone had mentioned to me 10 years ago that I would become a builder and developer, I would have told them the exact same thing- that they were completely nuts. I come from a health science manufacturing background; I am the guy who can set up your analytical lab, formulate your product line and create your manufacturing facility…..I came from zero experience when it comes to what I am doing now.  10 years later, here I am; for me, construction and development were an offshoot of dabbling (and then jumping head first) in(to) real estate investment; I found that I loved doing the work on both ends of the equation, so I have literally lived and breathed construction and development for the last 6 years.  I started with large-scale multifamily and single-family renovations on the portfolios I owned; progressed to building my first new construction house; then built my first small development; my second; my third….you get the picture. This is how Itani Development and Ditani Construction came about:  it allows me to convert my drive, passion and creativity into communities and residences that my customers deeply value; for this, I am truly honored that I am able to share this experience alongside them.”
