I’ve always been a career entrepreneur. Over the years, I’ve had more than a few wild ideas—some flops, but many that turned into genuinely successful ventures. My mindset has always been simple:

“Tell me I can’t? I will. Tell me I won’t? Consider it done.”

Even when the odds seemed stacked or the idea sounded impossible, I had a knack for making it work.

Becoming a Builder… by Accident

Finding your true passion sometimes feels like an accident. If you told me 10 years ago I’d end up as a builder and developer, I would’ve said you were completely nuts.

I came from a totally different world—health science manufacturing. I was the guy who could set up your analytical lab, formulate your product line, and build out your production facility.

When it came to construction? I had zero experience.

From Investing to Immersing

Fast forward a decade, and here I am.

What started as dabbling in real estate investing turned into a full dive into construction and development. I realized I loved being involved on both ends—planning and building. It quickly became more than a side hustle. It became my obsession.

For the last six years, I’ve lived and breathed this work.

I started by renovating large-scale multifamily and single-family homes in my own portfolio. That led to building my first ground-up house. Then my first small development. Then another. And another. You get the picture.
